ReplyDeleteI'm not a doctor, so this works well for me. Someone told it to me when I started my first full-time, permanent position, and it's made all the difference. No, I don't give less then my all since no one will die, but when things get frantic and hectic and there are a million people screaming from a million different directions, I just take a deep breath and remind myself that no one will die.
